The product - Virtual Cable - which must be factory installed, is capable of interfacing with any route-planning device, such as PDA, PC or GPS devices.

Goodreads allows users to review and rate books they've read, as well as catalogue and tag their own collection. It combines this with social networking features - friends and groups particularly - which allow users to interact, compare and recommend books. I've been using it quite a bit recently, just to begin cataloguing my book collection (which can be found here).
